Unexpectedly along the way I discover what many before me know.

It isn’t where my path leads but the energy, spirit, kindness that I embody along the way.

This thought brings so much freedom and inspires the naming of this collection and this featured piece.

Instead of focusing on the what and where of my path's destination, I focus on the how. Lessening my grip on needing to know, I put my focus on embodied loving presence here, now.

This painting inspired by the sacred redwoods of Muir Woods National Park, is a reminder to walk each of our pathways in life with kindness, no matter their destination.
