It’s always been about the kindness

I first started painting big with a heart burdened by fear and anxiety from a thyroid cancer diagnosis. In stepping into the creative process, I found a kindness that I thought was beyond reach

In collaborative creations I get to do my deepest calling, which is to know the heartache of another, and hold them tenderly, to let what is on their heart weave with my own and invite love to cover it all. I write prayers in chalk on the canvas, and paint over them.

It is beyond my wildest dreams to have the honor and privilege of showing up in peoples lives in this precious way.
