Sometimes in life we have an absence of anything feeling that our path makes any sense. There is tremendous comfort in the moments when a sense of direction is revealed, perhaps in the tiniest of glimpses. A decision, a heart swelling, a choice, a deep longing. A sense that even though you have traveled many routes you have the deep peace that nothing is wasted.

An octogenarian friend, said to me, ‘we know our path only looking back’ I find comfort in this. 

If you are in the peace or the struggle on your path I hope you might have a deep sense of ease that whether the path is visible ahead or behind, kindness can meet you here and go with you. May a way of kindness is open.
