Curious-heart View No. 3
Curious-heart View No. 3
I enjoyed time in the studio playing with perspective from the dancing light and shadows of the most beautiful and enormous trees I’ve ever seen.
How does a change in perspective change what we see? What does a curious and open heart see? What questions would a curious-heart ask?
There are times in life I ask closed questions like, “What is wrong with me?” When I can get in touch with a curious-heart I ask more gentle questions, like “How can I meet this moment with kindness?”
The beauty of sunlight dancing through redwoods reminds me to drop down from the harsh, judgmental thinking of the mind into the comfort and healing whispers of the soul.
