The greatest comforts I've ever found are

Where water meets sky meets land.
The rustle of the wind in trees.

When my body is in motion (or still).
Getting quiet (so I can hear for the first time).

And remembering,
That everything I seek is already here.

That we are each profoundly interconnected.
That love is gently guiding every element of this life (even me, even you).

This painting is inspired by Coastal Maine, one of the places where the door of my heart swings open.
