What are you in awe of today? What reminds you to center in gratitude, appreciation, and the miracle of being alive? Periodically I'm drawn back to painting elephants. It may be my South African roots or the awe and wonder so many feel in the presence of such an enormous animal of gentleness and strength. Elephants remind me to be humble and to be grateful. There is a centering that takes places as you look into the eye. Remembering our connection to all things., centering in the miracle.
